What Details Do you need for Payment?
When paying with Debit / Credit card on Zentech, we will ask you for your 16-digit Card number and expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value)/Security Code. Please note that Zentech doesn’t save your card information (unless you specify) or CVV information and you will be asked to enter it each time you purchase on Zentech.
My order value is more than the gift card amount, what to do now?
If your Gift Card value is less than the order amount, you will be asked to select an additional payment method to complete the payment.
Which currencies does Zentech Kenya accept?
Right now we only accept Kenyan Shilling.
Does Zentech offer payment in installments?
Sorry, we don’t offer payment in installments at this moment.
Can I use two payment methods of payment when ordering online?
Sorry, we only accept one payment method per order. For choosing different payment method you need to place a separate order for a particular product.
Why was my credit card declined?
If you experience trouble completing payment through debit/credit card, first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/limit to complete the transaction. Your bank can help you verify these details.
If your card isn’t active or isn’t working, remember that you can complete your order through Cash on Delivery and pay at your doorstep or through M-PESA account.
What steps does Zentech take to prevent card fraud?
We have a strong focus on detection and prevention, as it is very important to us. We take all crucial steps to ensure that transactions are genuine and that our customer’s details are completely secure. Online payments are monitored continuously for suspicious activity and some transactions are verified manually if we feel that it’s not authorized by the owner of the card.
Are there any hidden charges like sales tax when I make a purchase on Zentech?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Zentech. The order amount is the inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges are added for KSH: 5000 and below shopping. The order amount will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the delivery.
How can I pay for my orders through Zentech mobile website?
The Zentech mobile website offers all the payment options that the Zentech website version offers. You can pay without any worries with the preferred option of your choice.
How do I pay on Zentech?
You can choose different payment methods available on Zentech. The available payment methods are mentioned below.
· Cash on Delivery (Easy and Simple at your doorstep).
· Through MPESA (You need to have MPESA account for that).
What is Cash On Delivery (COD)?
COD stands for Cash On Delivery, With COD you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.
Note:
· Some products, regions or pickup stations may not be available for COD.
· Gift cards or vouchers cannot be used to make COD payments.
How do I pay with my Debit / Credit Card?
The credit/debit card payment options will be mentioned at the end of the checkout page, also follow the steps after confirming your purchase. Where shall I find the payment option?
Once you are done adding your selected products to your cart. You will find an option “Proceed to Checkout”. You will end up on billing and shipping page where you will find the payment option.
How do I use gift card or any discount voucher?
It’s simple! When you get to the payment stage while in checkout, simply enter the gift card code or the discount code in the voucher box.
