The 400W output has more powerful audio than is found in typical flat-panel display speakers while the Soundbar comes with an optical audio and HDMI input that connects to the source device. There is also an HDMI output that has ARC compatibility to allow you to connect to your TV. The eARC will be able to bring display-based sounds directly from the Soundbar while Bluetooth can be used for pairing your compatible smart device. It also includes an HDMI cable for instant connectivity. DESIGN

With a Soundbar and subwoofer combo, what more would you want from the Sony HT-G700? It comes with a dimension of 64x980x108mm and weighs 3.5 kgs. On the other hand, the subwoofer measures 387x192x406mm and weighs 7.5 kgs. The bar does not get in the way of your compatible TV while the subwoofer is wireless and can be placed in a convenient place.

This model keeps things simple when it comes to design as it has a minimalistic matte black finish and offers top-mounted controls that include volume and input selection. There is also a blue LED display found at the front of the unit. The chassis is made out of hard plastic and has a solid mesh grille at the front that covers the three forward-firing speakers at the front left, front right and center. There is also a display between the left and center speakers.

The Soundbar is fairly compact and makes a good match for 55 and 65 inch TV models such as Sony 65x7500H and Sony 55x80H.

CINEMATIC SURROUND SOUND

There is this type of feeling that you get when you are in a modern movie theatre with speakers all around you and finely tuned sounds that combine to bring a fully immersive surround sound experience. upon hitting the Immersive Audio Enhancement button, the soundbar will upscale even regular stereo audio to 7.1.2 surround sound to allow every TV show and movie to get the full theatre experience.

You will experience sound from above with the virtual-surround technology that positions sound in vertical space and allows you to experience 3D audio without having to include in-ceiling or up-firing speakers. The vertical surround engine is also able to give out a more realistic multidimensional sound and other formats.

The surround has been made simple with the S-force pro font surround sound that uses front speakers only to reproduce the surround sound field with audio coming from both sides. You will also have no need for adding rear speakers as you are provided with rich and cinematic surround sound. The power output is 400W while the amplifier channels are 3.1ch.

CENTER SPEAKER AND BASS

Watching movies is just something else when the Sony HT-G700 Soundbar is involved. The dedicated center speaker will ensure that voice sounds including whispered lines or quick-fire dialogue are clearly heard. Listening to music will also be great as the Soundbar ensures you get a richly detailed listening experience.

SOUND MODES

Choose the perfect setting with a button for every sound that allows you to pick the best mode for whatever you are watching or listening to. The theatre mode will allow you to feel and hear the action around you as sound travels behind you and directs you into the movie experience. you will hear all the vividness and richness of your favorite music in fine detail through music mode. Watching a movie at night will be blissful through the Night Mode as the function optimizes the sound balance to allow you to hear everything clearly even during low volume levels. Voice mode will tailor sound settings to accentuate speech and ensure you will never miss a word.

CONNECTIVITY

Get easy connections on your Soundbar as you will be able to connect a compatible TV or device wirelessly through Bluetooth while the HDMI eARC or optical digital input will give you a full bandwidth sound.
