Display & Outdoor Visibility: 6.78-inch 120Hz HD+ IPS LCD

The Smart 20 uses a 6.78-inch IPS LCD at 720 x 1576, about 259 pixels per inch. That is HD+, so text is acceptable for WhatsApp and Facebook but softer than a Full HD Hot or Note. The 120Hz refresh rate is the upgrade versus a 90Hz Smart 10: scrolling feels lighter even though the pixel count is still HD+. The official India sheet quotes about 700 nits in high-brightness mode, which is enough for a shaded stall. Midday sun still washes an LCD.

The punch-hole is a small 8MP selfie. The body is about 7.7mm thick, so it sits flatter in a pocket than older 8.5mm Smarts. There is no Gorilla Glass number on the official pages, so add a glass if the phone lives in a bag with keys.

Processor & Storage: Helio G81 Ultimate, 4GB + 64GB or 128GB

The chip is the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate on 12nm, with two Cortex-A75 cores at 2.0GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores, and a Mali-G52 graphics unit. Official India copy quotes an AnTuTu v10 score above 300,000 in Infinix's lab. It handles WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, and light games. Heavy 3D titles on high settings belong on a Hot 70 or a GT, not this Smart.

We stock 4GB+64GB and 4GB+128GB. Both use eMMC, not UFS. 4GB of RAM is enough for one line of apps if you close extras; it will not hold Chrome, the camera, and a game at once the way 8GB does. Take 128GB if you keep videos on the phone. The 64GB cut fills faster once WhatsApp media lands. The tray holds two nano SIMs and a microSD card at the same time.

Camera System: 8MP Autofocus Rear and 8MP Selfie

The rear camera is a single 8MP sensor with autofocus. In daylight it takes usable shop and family pictures for WhatsApp. It is not a 50MP Hot camera, and there is no ultra-wide and no optical stabilisation. Night shots go noisy if you leave the lights off.

The front camera is also 8MP, which is enough for WhatsApp video calls in a bright room. Rear video is 1080p at 30fps. Treat the extra decorative ring on some colours as part of the design, not a second camera.

The cell is 5,200mAh. Official India copy quotes about 20 hours of mixed use and about 29.5 hours of YouTube in Infinix's lab. A school or shop day of 4G, WhatsApp, and evening video should reach bedtime. The phone supports 15W wired charging. Some boxed units include a 10W brick; the phone still accepts 15W if you bring a matching charger. Reverse wired charging is 5W, enough to top a small accessory.

Kenyan Network Connectivity, Durability & Software

It takes two nano SIM cards and works on 4G with Safaricom, Airtel, and Telkom. There is no 5G and no eSIM. Wi-Fi is dual-band and Bluetooth is 5.4.
